This section will define everything related to Magick as it is found in the world. This includes Elements, Spells, Skills, Status Types, and whatever else falls into this category.


The element system will be the backbone of the magic system as well as influence many items by giving them elemental affinity. The units themselves will not have affinities themselves, instead they will have a Resist stat which determines basic magic damage reduction as well as Elemental Resistances. These are individual resistances for each element type and can range from causing an element to do double damage all the way to absorbing the elemental damage and using it to heal their health.

Spells are special abilities that require MP(Mana Points) to use. They are typically cast by magic users, however if the unit knows the spell and has enough mana, they can cast the spell. There are different types of spells, such as Offensive, Enhancement, Enfeeble, Restorative, and Special.

Conditions refer to all the various buffs and debuffs in the game. Often referred to as Status Types, they may alter the character's attributes, abilities, and may remove or add various restrictions.
